Presently, Mr. Welch is Vice President, Global Marketing and Innovation for Ingersoll Rand Industrial Technologies. Ingersoll Rand Industrial Technologies provides products, services and solutions that enhance our customers’ energy efficiency, productivity and operations. Our diverse and innovative products range from complete compressed air systems, tools and pumps to material and fluid handling systems. It is through Mr. Welch's marketing and process leadership that innovative products are developed and marketed globally including such products as: air compressors, air system components, industrial and vehicle services tools, material and fluid handling systems. During his career at Ingersoll Rand Mr. Welch has lead many significant product introductions such as Intellisys, SSR 2-Stage, Nirvana and IntelliSurvey. His focus has always been and continues to be to launch products and services that provide customers with increased productivity, reliability and energy efficiency. It is through this customer focus that Mr. Welch and Ingersoll Rand have worked to maintain a ranking of either #1 or #2 in all the global markets it serves.
